What's New With Uview?

Unified Grocers takes your store's security very seriously. As we are all aware, data breaches are becoming more and more common, and a secure remote connection tool has become a critical need.

The previous version of Uview was already secure, but with v3.0 we have stepped up the safeguards even more with features such as:


Every time you open Uview Support Center, the software will check with our server for a new version and update automatically. (It's quick and painless, I promise.) You can keep informed as to any changes by clicking the "What's New With Uview" link at the bottom of the Support Center main window.




Down the road, we plan to further expand Uview Support Center to include features such as online chat, a self-help knowledge base, product status alerts, and a link to a new website called the "Product Portal". There, you will be able to see where we are at with the product development cycle, and follow the progress of the enhancements you are waiting for. Don't see a feature you need? Go to the User Feedback page and submit a request. Also browse and vote on requests submitted by others. It's a community platform where you can share your thoughts with other retailers. Look for this feature to arrive soon.

A note to retailer IT staff: Some of these features will require internet access to Unified web pages that may or may not currently be open to your store(s). If you have a firewall or other "lock-down" mechanisms in place, you will need to allow access to the following domains:
